After a long day setting up or tearing down a show, it's great to unwind by heading to our favourite restaurants, the lounge in a convention hotel, or maybe even a MariLUG member's living room to hang out and spend some quality time!
Sometimes we make a get-together a little more special, planning something outside the event circuit or bringing some bricks along to our familiar haunts to share building experiences with the community.

MariLUG is very busy with events, and it takes planning to make those events happen!
Our regular monthly meetings – held virtually since our members are spread all across the Maritimes – serve as both administrative sessions and as a chance for us to hang out and chat.

Shawn's cleverly coined acronym is the perfect name for these events, which began as a recurring build night at his local watering hole and have gone on to include similar hangouts organized by other MariLUG members as well.
