'micro-Louisbrick' with QuéLUG at Louisbourg

Our land is your land

MariLUG is excited to support and collaborate with the Louisbrick team - a group of talented builders from our neighbour, QuéLUG, who have created a stunning large-scale model of Cape Breton's own Fortress of Louisbourg.

The Louisbrick team is driving from Québec to Cape Breton in May, 2024 to install, for the final time, the entire Louisbrick build.  Members of MariLUG have been invited to tag along to get a first-hand look at how wonderful and detailed the build truely is.

Louisbrick will be on display in its entirety from May 18th to October 4th, 2024.

On the night of May 18th, the final Louisbrick 'at night' will occur, where the windows of the fortess and township will be illuninated by (battery operated) candle-light.

Micro-louisbrick!

Micro-Louisbrick is a collaboration between
QuéLUG and MariLUG
